Payment
An invoice will be provided after the first lesson. Participants are obliged to pay the amount within 14 days.
Cancellation
Applications which have been confirmed by us are binding and the following cancellation policy applies.
Cancellation by the participant:
Cancellation prior to the start of The Mastercourse: Full refund.
Cancelation after the start of the The Mastercourse: No refund.
Cancellation by the Presenter:
In case the course is cancelled by the presenter, the course fee will be refunded in full or by the prorated amount in case part of the course has been delivered.
Non-attendance and absence
Participants who fail to attend lessons are not entitled to a refund or a reduction of course fees.
